WHY OUR GUARANTEE MATTERS

Industry-Leading Protection

Many breeders offer minimal or no health guarantees. We provide comprehensive coverage because we’re confident in the quality of our breeding partners and the health of our puppies.

Transparent Standards

We don’t hide behind vague language or impossible conditions. Our guarantee terms are clear, fair, and designed to actually protect you—not just look good on paper.

Backed by Our Reputation

Every guarantee is backed by Olympian Kennels, not just individual breeders. Our company reputation and continued success depend on honoring our commitments.

Long-Term Partnership

Our guarantee reflects our commitment to your puppy’s lifetime wellbeing. We remain your resource and advocate long after the guarantee period expires.

Emergency Assistance

PREVENTION IS OUR PRIORITY

Our health guarantee exists as a safety net, but our real goal is that you’ll never need to use it. That’s why we:

✓ Partner only with breeders who conduct comprehensive genetic testing
✓ Verify health clearances on all breeding dogs
✓ Ensure proper prenatal care and early puppy development
✓ Provide detailed care instructions and guidance
✓ Screen for temperament and developmental issues
✓ Maintain relationships with top veterinary professionals

We don’t just guarantee health—we engineer it from the start.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What if I find a health issue within the first few days?
Contact us immediately. The initial 72-hour veterinary exam is critical for identifying any immediate concerns. If a pre-existing condition is diagnosed within 10-14 days, we’ll work with you to resolve it.

Do I have to return my puppy to get a replacement or refund?
This depends on the severity of the condition and the remedy chosen. For life-threatening genetic conditions requiring euthanasia, return is not necessary. For conditions where the puppy can live a quality life, we may offer medical reimbursement while you keep your puppy.

How long do I have to file a claim?
Claims must be filed within the coverage period (2 years for genetic conditions, 1 year for congenital defects). However, you must notify us of concerns as soon as they’re identified, even if formal diagnosis takes additional time.

What happens if my vet and your vet disagree on diagnosis?
If there’s disagreement between veterinarians, we may request examination by a mutually agreed-upon third-party veterinary specialist whose opinion will be considered final.

Does the guarantee transfer if I rehome my dog?
No, the guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. If you must rehome your dog, contact us first—we may assist with placement.

Is this guarantee legally enforceable?
Yes. Our guarantee is part of your purchase contract and is legally binding. However, we’ve never had to involve legal action because we honor our commitments and work collaboratively with our clients.
