Are your puppies purebred?

All puppies receive thorough veterinary examinations, age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, and health certifications before going home. What health testing is performed?
Our breeders conduct breed-specific genetic health testing on parent dogs, including hip and elbow evaluations, cardiac screenings, eye examinations, and DNA testing for hereditary conditions. Are puppies vaccinated before delivery?

Is a deposit required?
Yes, a deposit is required to reserve your chosen puppy. Deposit amounts vary but typically range from 25-50% of the total purchase price. Deposits are non-refundable but ensure your puppy is held exclusively for you.
What's included in the purchase price?
Your purchase includes the puppy, complete health documentation and veterinary records, genetic testing results (when applicable), AKC registration papers (for applicable breeds), health guarantee, starter supply kit, lifetime support access, and delivery coordination (shipping costs separate).
Can I visit the puppy before purchasing?
While our breeders are located across the country, we can arrange visits in many cases. We also provide extensive photos, videos, and live video calls so you can see and interact with your puppy virtually before finalizing your purchase.

Do you ship puppies nationwide?

How are puppies transported?
Puppies are transported via professional pet courier services or climate-controlled ground transportation, depending on distance and preferences. All transport methods are safe, comfortable, and monitored. Flight nannies are also available for certain routes.
What if I want to pick up my puppy in person?
Personal pickup is welcome and can be arranged! We coordinate pickup locations and times that work for your schedule. This option eliminates shipping costs.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery timeframes depend on location and transport method. Ground transportation typically takes 1-3 days, while flight delivery can be completed within 24 hours. We provide tracking and updates throughout the delivery process.

How do you ensure ethical breeding practices?
We conduct on-site facility inspections, review breeding frequencies and dam health protocols, verify genetic testing and health screening compliance, examine living conditions and socialization practices, check veterinary care records and relationships, and require transparent business practices and record-keeping. Breeders who don’t meet every standard are not part of our network.
